PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter device capable of arranging a cutting blade on a non-adhesive surface side of an adhesive tape, and easily forming a turned part consisting of a non-adhesive part on a cut end of the adhesive tape after the cutting. SOLUTION: The tape cutter device comprises a torsion spring 17 which has a cutting blade 11 on a non-adhesive surface 2b side of an adhesive tape 2 and urges the cutting blade 11 in the direction opposite to the drawing-out direction of the adhesive tape 2, a rotary roller 18 which is arranged on a storage part 3 side in a vicinity of the cutting blade 11, and rotated as the adhesive tape 2 is drawn out to form a turned part 2d consisting of a non-adhesive part at a cut end of the adhesive tape 2 in a space from the cutting blade 11 when the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 11, a wedge-shaped blade tip 11a of the cutting blade 11 for holding the cut end of the adhesive tape 2 when the adhesive tape 2 is cut by the cutting blade 11, and a synthetic resin plate 14 as a static electricity generating member.
