The hub has a clamping piece (4) connected to a clamping body (5) in a positive and force-fit manner such that a displacement parallel to a hub axis occurs by the rotation of the clamping body or the clamping piece. A cover plate (11) is attached to the clamping body, and a pinion gear (9) is pivotly mounted on the cover plate and engages external teeth of the clamping piece and a force fit between the hub and the clamping piece is formed during a relative movement along the hub axis by a force in the region of a slotted hub shaft.
