<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission type solar battery module where light emitting elements are arranged, the solar battery module giving such an impression that the entire photodetection surface illuminates. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module 1A is equipped with a thin-film solar battery assembly 10 including a light transmissive insulating substrate 11, a light transmissive conductive layer 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 13, and a back surface electrode layer 14, and a light emitting element assembly 20 including a light emitting device 22 and a circuit board 21 mounted with the light emitting device 22. The light emitting device assembly 20 is arranged having its light emission surface opposed to a main surface of the thin-film solar battery assembly 10 on the opposite side from a photodetection surface, and the thin-film solar battery assembly 10 is provided with a window part 18 for light projection being opposed to the part where the light emitting device 22 is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
