<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide only the absolute minimum only when needed as a voice guidance function and to provide universal design very easy to use for anyone centering on people with visual impairment. <P>SOLUTION: The electric equipment is provided with a voice switch for activating the explanation by voice of at least one of functions executable in a present state and a state that can be reached next. When the voice switch is pressed for two times or more in the same state, at least one of the functions executable in the present state and the state that can be reached next is explained by voice more minutely. When the voice switch is pressed beforehand and then some operation is performed, the function to be executed by the operation is explained by voice. When the voice switch is pressed in the middle of the explanation by voice, the explanation by voice is interrupted.
