<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a mounting work for a guy cover in the guy cover mounted on a guy for a utility pole. <P>SOLUTION: The guy cover 1 has first and second half cylinder bodies 10a and 10b dividing a long-sized cylindrical member into two along the central axis S1 of the cylindrical member and a fixing member 12 being mounted on the inner peripheral side of the first half cylinder body 10a and fixing the first half cylinder body 10a on the guy L so that the guy L for the utility pole P is placed along the central axis S1. The guy cover 1 further has a hanging member 14 being mounted on the first half cylinder body 10a and being capable of being hung to the guy L at a place separate by a specified distance in the longitudinal direction of the half cylinder body 10a from the fixing member 12. Accordingly, since an operator can lift the first half cylinder body 10a while using a section hung to the guy L as a supporting point without supporting its own weight of the whole guy cover 1 by hanging the hanging member 14 to the guy L, an operation fixing the guy cover 1 to the guy L can be conducted simply only by one person. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
