PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a general stroboscope such as a built-in stroboscope of a camera and a clip-on stroboscope can not easily perform dimming while dimming a wide area of an image pick-up surface, for example, dimming in the case that outdoor daylight of a synchroscope in the daytime or the like is highly bright.
