PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state-of-charge (SOC) management value correction technique for batteries usable to cars with the use of electrical energy. SOLUTION: The SOC correction technique of batteries used for a battery administration system includes the following stages: (stage a) detects a first SOC and computes a first OCV corresponding to the first SOC. (stage b) measures pack current and pack voltage of batteries, computes a second OCV by using the internal resistance, and obtains a second SOC corresponding to the second OCV; (stage c) corrects the first OCV, such that the range of the first SOC includes at least two intervals, and when the first OCV is still larger than a first reference value compared with the second OCV, the first correction value is used corresponding to the first SOC; and finally, (stage d) corrects the first OCV by using the second correction value corresponding to the first SOC, when the first OCV is yet smaller than a second reference value, as compared with the second OCV.
