PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resolver which has a satisfactory assemblability. SOLUTION: This magnetic resolver 10 comprises a stator part, which has a plurality of projection cores 22 made of a magnetic body, a coil part, and a rotor part facing and prepared from the upper position to the stator part. And an area which the top surface of the projection core and the rotor part overlap at the upside view changes according to the variations of a relative rotation angle of the rotor part to the stator part. The coil part is formed on a ring-like substrate, and on the substrate, a through hole is formed, passing through each projection core, and a coil pattern 34 is formed around the through hole.
