PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device which can adjust the amount of deformation of a vibration control member with respect to the amount of deformation of a building. SOLUTION: This vibration control device 1 mounted on the building comprises: a pair of upper and lower supporting parts 6 and 7 provided in the state of facing structural parts such as the upper and lower beams 2a and 2b of the building; an oscillating body 8 supported and pivotally connected to each of the upper and lower supporting parts 6 and 7, and oscillating on an almost central part between both pivotally connected parts 8e and 8f when the upper and lower supporting parts 6 and 7 are displaced by vibrations; and a vibration control rubber 9 provided in a position, farther away from the almost central part between both the pivotally connected parts 8e and 8f than the pivotally connected parts 8e and 8f, on the oscillating body 8 and provided on the upper beam 2a of the building.
