PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle which reduces the pressure of a carried article applied to a hand to facilitate holding of the handle to avoid a case where the total weight of the carried article is applied to a grip of the handle to have a pain in the hand to force a carrier to change the holding hand repeatedly because a small contact area between the grip and the holding hand concentrates high pressure on the hand when the article is carried by holding the grip. SOLUTION: According to the handle, when the carried article 86 is lifted, the weight of the carried article 86 causes the main surface 33a of the grip 11 to rotate from a vertical position to a horizontal position to fit to the hand, which allows the main surface 33a of the grip 11 to support the weight of the carried article 86.
