PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably print a printing material (e.g. a solder paste) on a surface to be printed (e.g. a printed board surface). SOLUTION: The screen printing equipment has at least two masks and a means for forming the mask for screen printing of which the opening pierces in the direction of the thickness of the masks laid on each other. This equipment is provided, for instance, with a means for laying the mask for screen printing on the surface to be printed, a means for filling the printing material in a space set by the surface to be printed whereon the mask for screen printing is laid and by the opening, and a means for separating the masks sequentially after the filling operation by the filling means.
