The arrangement has oscillator rings (200-210) in which one ring is connected with delay chains (215-300) that are formed from second oscillator elements. The first oscillator ring and the inner delay chain are energized by means of the exits of one of the three oscillator rings. A temporary resolution is provided by suitable taps at the oscillator ring and at the delay chain, which corresponds to the fraction of gate runtime. An independent claim is included for the transducer.
