PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sterilization of a film and a method of aseptic filling of the film, and a device of sterilization of the film and a device of aseptic filling of the film, effectively applicable to the process of sterilizing the film, especially the one for aseptic wrapping, with excellent sterilization effects, capable of speedily executing the process substantially without the labor for removing hydrogen peroxide in the subsequent process and without consuming excessive hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: The method of sterilization is to sterilize the surface of the film. The method of sterilization is characterized by a process of adsorbing hydrogen peroxide gas to adsorb hydrogen peroxide gas on at least one surface of the film and a process of gas ionization to ionize at least part of the gas under the atmospheric pressure in the space where the surface of the film adsorbing the hydrogen peroxide gas is exposed after the process of adsorbing hydrogen peroxide.
