The fixing device for an exterior panel of a building for fixing a panel to an exterior panel of a building comprises an L-shaped fixing angle(3) fixed to a steel angle(A) fixed to an external wall of a building and provided with a hollow(2), an adjusting plate(6) formed on the front and rear of the fixing angle and provided with a long hole(4), a controller provided with a control hole(21) crossing the long hole and a disk(22) formed on the hollow of the fixing angle, and an anchor bolt(13) provided with a screw bar(10) coupled with nuts(8) on the outside of the adjusting plate via the part where the long hole and a thread(12) coupled with an anchor nut inserted to the panel to fix the panel, wherein the disk of the controller is provided with a flange piece(23) to support the side of the fixing angle to be moved and supported in the hollow.
