A method for guiding a mobile communication terminal number change is provided to enable a mobile communication provider to send changed information to a sender, only after a subscriber who changes a telephone number accepts the delivery, thereby preventing a sender who makes a spam call from obtaining the number of the subscriber. User information on a random mobile communication terminal is received from a mobile communication terminal(100a) which demands a number change guide service(S11-S17). A mobile communication provider(400) searches a number change information DB to check an up-to-date telephone number of a subscriber corresponding to the received user information(S20). The provider(400) transmits a message asking a mobile communication terminal(100b) having the checked number whether to accept information delivery(S21). If a response message received from the terminal(100b) is a message for accepting the information delivery, the provider(400) transmits the checked number to the terminal(100a)(S23-S29).
