A composition for suppressing atopic dermatitis, acne, and dermatophytosis by using green intellectual nano drug delivery system is provided to inhibit growth of Staphylococcus aures causing atopic dermatitis without skin irritation, and improve the release continuance and medicinal effects of drugs under atopic dermatitis conditions of alkali pH and slightly high temperature. The composition for suppressing atopic dermatitis, acne, and dermatophytosis comprises 0.0001-10 wt.% of green intellectual nano drug delivery system containing 0.3 mug/kg of triclosan, wherein the green intellectual nano drug delivery system is made of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-butylmethacrylate-co-acrylic acid) and releases the triclosan at pH 7-9 and 37.5 deg.C; the triclosan inhibits growth of Staphylococcus aures, A. acnes causing acnes and T. mentagrophytes causing athlete's foot; the composition is a cosmetic and pharmaceutical composition; and the cosmetic composition is formulated as skin lotion or cleansing foam.
