A tire is provided to significantly reduce the number of manufacturing processes by fabricating the tire through a simple process of filling aerosol into the tire. Montmrillonite is put into distilled water and is mechanically stirred for more than 24hours at a temperature of 80°C to 90°C. Rubber latex and nano zinc particles are added to the montmrillonite by 10weight % relative to the total weight. The montmrillonite is stirred for 3hours at a temperature of 60°C to 70°C. The montmrillonite is neutralized using diluted acid, is washed using distilled water and then dried to manufacture a high molecular nano complex silicate. The high molecular nano complex silicate is put into a thermal press to form a sheet. A tire is formed using the sheet in a typical tire forming press, and is vulcanized to complete a desired tire trade. Aerosol is filled in an inner side of the trade.
