A manufacturing method of an FR-PTT(PolyTrimethylene Terephthalate) for reducing the smoke when burning is provided to find the inorganic group additives to be applied to the FR-PTT. When spinning the PTT, a phosphorous flame-retardant and an inorganic smoke inhibition agent are added by the ratio of 10 to 30 wt%:70 to 90 wt%. Two among Al(OH)3, KI, Ferrocene, SiO2, NaSbO3 are selected and mixed by the weight ratio of 5:1 to 1:5. The phosphorous flame-retardant is a cyclic phosphonic acid ester group flame-retardant with a specific chemical formula 1 and the content thereof is 1 to 4 wt%. The content of the inorganic smoke inhibition agent is 2 to 16 wt%. The proper use rate of the phosphorous flame-retardant and the inorganic smoke inhibition agent is 1:2 to 5. The inorganic smoke inhibition agent inhibits the generation of aromatic gas species. |
