A grill apparatus for cooking meat is provided to easily cook the meat at a constant temperature by easily regulating the temperature of steam, and to safely cook the meat without a flame. A grill apparatus for cooking meat includes a plurality of cooking plates(1), a steam boiler(2), and a supplementary water tank(3). The cooking plate includes a steam transfer pipe in which steam discharged from the steam boiler flows in the interior thereof to be heated by steam. A steam outlet of the steam boiler is connected to the steam transfer pipes of a plurality of cooking plates to generate steam of high temperature. A return pipe(4) for discharging the steam passed through the cooking plate is inserted into the supplementary water tank. The supplementary tank is connected to an external water supply pipe(5) to supply supplementary water to the steam boiler.
