A construction structure of a stone panel for an exterior wall of a building using a direct connecting piece with a washer based head is provided to make construction easy and to reduce the time and cost required for construction by constructing an exterior wall in the curtain wall type by fastening a stone panel on an external wall of a building using a direct connecting piece with a washer based head. The direct connecting piece with a washer based head contains a screw portion and a bolt portion formed on two sides of a washer based head to be projected in opposite directions, wherein the washer based head is provided with a ring-shaped plate washer and a square-shaped head. The construction structure of a stone panel for an external wall of a building comprises a direct connecting piece(100) with a washer based head coupled to a truss frame(210) installed to an exterior wall(200) of a building using plural angle brackets(220), a nut member(N) and a washer member(W) restricting the direct connecting piece with a washer based head and coupling to the truss frame closely, a hanger bracket(230) coupled to the angle bracket, and a stone panel(30) installed to be supported to the hanger bracket by anchor bolts(B) to form a curtain wall type exterior wall.
