An image signal control system of a camera module and an image signal measuring method of the camera module are provided to measure the function of the camera module while varying a register value to find a register value most suitable for the camera module and transplant the register value to an image sensor of the camera module. An image signal control system of a camera module includes an image sensor(110), an encoder(120), and a controller(130). The image sensor outputs a digital image signal. The encoder is connected to the image sensor, converts the digital image signal into an analog image signal, and outputs the analog image signal. The controller receives register values of the image sensor and the encoder, which are selected by a user, and inputs the register values to the image sensor and the encoder.
