An LED light emitting unit, an LED back light assembly, and a liquid crystal display module are provided to exchange only the corresponding LED light emitting unit in case that a part of LEDs are out of order or damaged, thereby reducing cost and time required for repair and the change. LED(Light Emitting Diode) light emitting units(122a) are successively arranged in all directions. Each LED light emitting unit includes at least one LED(124) emitting light to the front, a side wall member(130) covering the LED for defining an independent light emitting area(132), and optical sheets(146) secured on the side wall member to shield the front of the LED.
