A PON(Passive Optical Network)-type broadcasting/communication converging FTTH(Fiber To The Home) system is provided to form each equipment in one service terminal box so as to provide a hanging type or a wall-mounted type, thereby more easily constructing the FTTH system. An OLT(Optical Line Terminal)(120) is embedded in a service terminal box(110). The OLT(120) generally consists of an MUX module(120a) which is a broadcasting multiplexer for receiving and multiplexing digital broadcasting, and an L3 module(120b) for receiving Internet/VOD(Video On Demand) to downstream switch the received Internet/VOD and for upstream switching upstream communication signals received from each subscriber to an Internet/VOD network.
