The device has a diode (2) maintained in an opening (3) of a plate (1) by a case in a lid (4) and a metallic part (5) such that a geometric axis (XY) of the diode extends perpendicular to a plane of the plate. The lid and the metallic part are assembled with each other and disposed on both sides of the plate, where the lid is adapted to traverse the plate and realized in a material to be traversed by light rays. The metallic part is realized in a material permitting to evacuate heat released by the diode. |
