Provided is a secondary battery to allow the electrolyte solution injected into the external part of an insulating member to be moved into the inside of the insulating member, thereby improving the insulation of an insulating member. The secondary battery comprises an electrode group(15) which comprises a separator(13), and a positive electrode(11) and a negative electrode(12) arranged at the both sides of the separator; a case(14) in which the electrode group is inserted; an insulating member which is installed between the electrode group and the case so as to wrap the electrode group and has at least one penetration hole at the surface; a cap plate(17) which is combined with the case; and an electrode terminal(21, 22) which is electrically connected with the electrode group so as to be projected to the external part of the case. |
