Method and system for providing Triple Play services with assured QoS by Telecommunication companies to subscribers in MDU/MTU over existing unshielded copper infrastructure in the local loop. All the bandwidth available on the xDSL lines is aggregated to form a manageable broadband link from all or a part of the telephone lines that are routed to the building and enabled to be used as xDSL lines. The wideband services are provisioned to subscribers using the manageable broadband link, by performing statistical multiplexing and Dynamic Resource Allocation. The delivery of the multicast content such as video broadcasting is extended to reach the building and then the broadband services are distributed to each subscriber using standard based in-building distribution.
