A text telephone-linked mobile communication terminal is provided to make telephone calls based on text with a text telephone even without connecting a separate text telephone terminal with a mobile communication terminal. A central link device converts a signal received from a mobile communication terminal(10) through a paging channel into a text telephone standard signal, and outputs the converted signal. A terminal switching center(40) outputs the text telephone standard signal to a mobile communication provider network or a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), so that the text telephone standard signal outputted from the central link device can be transmitted to a telephone having an equivalent telephone number.
