Wound dressing hydro-gel with good moisture loss preventing function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a moisture protection function of a coating layer, to properly absorb an exudation, and to secure excellent gel strength. Wound dressing hydro-gel with good moisture loss preventing function is composed of a preliminary hydro-gel layer(1) made of bio-compatible polymers; a coating layer(2) made of a polymer film, a non-woven fabric, or fibers; fibers(3) coated with instant glue disposed between the preliminary hydro-gel layer and the coating layer; and a surface layer made of a packing material capable of wrapping two layers. The bio-compatible polymer forming the preliminary hydro-gel layer is polyvinyl alcohol or one or at least two mixtures selected from a group comprising polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, polyacrylic acid, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, gelatin, agar, alginate, and chitosan. |
