A separator of suction system is provided to foreign substance and water remaining between a separation impeller and a sealing plate to keep the separator clean. A separator(100) of suction system comprises a housing(110) having a chamber(111) penetrating in the vertical direction, an introducing hole(112) formed in the intermediate portion to introduce air, foreign substance, and water from outside, a foreign substance discharging hole(113) formed in the lower side to discharge the foreign substance and water separated from the introduced air, and an air discharging hole(114) formed in the upper side to discharge the air separated from the foreign substance and the water, a vacuum pump motor(120) to seal and be coupled the upper side of the housing to generate a vacuum and a rotation force, a sealing plate(130) detachably fixed to seal to the lower side of the housing, a separation impeller(140) having a coupling boss(142) and discharging guide blades(143), and a falling guide impeller(150), a selecting intercepting plate(160). The sealing plate has a drain hole(131) and a check valve is installed in the drain hole.
