摘要 A portable quantum dot fluorescent detector is provided to couple a quantum dot fluorescent body and a small blue laser diode with a color CCD camera in a small size with low power consumption. In a portable quantum dot fluorescent detector, light emitted from a laser diode(101) is reflected by a diachronic reflective mirror(102) by 90 degrees and travels toward a lens. The diachronic reflective mirror is coated with dielectric with reflectance being different with respect to wavelengths and has a surface aligned at 45 degrees with respect to a beam path. In a case of using a blue laser beam with 405nm at this angle, light beam with wavelength of 405nm is reflected and light beam with wavelength longer than 405nm passes through the reflective mirror. The reflectance can be different according to the coating design of the diachronic reflective mirror. The reflectance must be rapidly changed at boundary wavelength as the difference between wavelength of the laser and wavelength of the fluorescent body. The laser beam reflected by the diachronic reflective mirror enters the lens(103) and is collected into a sample(104) including quantum fluorescent body.
