A display apparatus is provided to reduce particles generated when a diffuser plate is ground by a bottom cover and remove a noise caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the diffuser plate. A display apparatus includes a display panel(5), a bottom cover(20), a diffuser plate(18), and a grinding restraining pad(40). The bottom cover is located behind the display panel. The diffuser plate is mounted on the bottom cover and diffuses light inputted to the display panel. The grinding restraining pad is located at the contact portion of the bottom cover and the diffuser plate and restrains the diffuser plate from being ground by the bottom cover. |
