A self-propelled endoscope device with an improved anchorage system is provided to perform a free locomotion by temporarily or alternatively fixing the device on sidewalls of a body cavity. A self-propelled endoscope device includes a tube-type body(1) and an actuator(5). The tube-type body has a variable length and is extended between a front end(2) and a rear end of fixing units(4). The endoscope device freely moves in a predetermined direction in a body cavity. The fixing unit includes a movable jaw and a fixed jaw, which are connected to the actuator. At least one suction hole is formed on a multi-channel support. Vacuum condition is obtained between the two jaws, so that the inner tissue is inserted between the jaws. A punched diaphragm is coaxially arranged with respect to the multi-channel support unit. A width of the punched portion is smaller than a width of the suction hole.
