A drum brake is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost, process time and the weight of products by simplifying the coupling process between a mounting plate and a back plate. A drum brake comprises a brake shoe, which is installed in a drum to brake a drum rotated with a wheel. An operation lever pushes the brake shoe against the drum. A mounting plate supports a brake unit including a return spring, which allows the brake shoe to return to an original position. A back-plate is coupled to the mounting plate, thereby being coupled to a body of the vehicle. The back-plate has one of a press-fitting portion 20 pressed by a pressing device or a groove 80, and the mounting plate has the remaining one of the press-fitting portion and the groove. The press-fitting portion is pressed-fitted into the groove.
