A flexible display is provided to change the color of an image by forming a reflector expressing colors on the backside of the flexible display. A flexible display includes a first electrode(17) formed on a flexible substrate(11), a transparent insulating layer(16) formed on the overall surface of the flexible substrate including the first electrode, a counter substrate(21) facing the flexible substrate, and a second electrode(23) and a black matrix(22) formed on the counter substrate. The flexible display further includes a transparent electrolyte layer(32) and an opaque electrolyte layer(31) formed between the flexible substrate and the counter substrate, and a reflector(35) formed on the backside of the flexible substrate. |
