An apparatus for synchronizing clock is provided to accurately synchronize an internal clock with an external clock by adjusting a delay time in a replica delay unit using a control signal. An apparatus synchronizing clock includes an output buffer(400), a clock synchronizing unit(300), and a delay adjusting circuit(100). An interval clock is outputted from the output buffer in the clock synchronizing unit. The delay adjusting circuit generates a control signal for adjusting a phase of the interval clock according to a phase difference between internal and external clocks and supplies the control signal to a replica delay member(310). When the interval clock has the same phase as the external clock, the delay adjusting circuit outputs a control signal to digitize an output signal from an initial voltage supply. The replica delay member controls plural switches according to the control signal from the delay adjusting circuit, so that the delay time of the interval clock is adjusted. The clock synchronizing unit receives the clock from the input buffer and adjusts the delay time in the replica delay member. The output signal from the replica delay member is compared with the clock from the input buffer(200).
