An apparatus for removing an inserted paper and a removing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of processes by automatically removing the inserted paper from a case laminated with a substrate. An apparatus for removing an inserted paper(2) includes a floating unit(100), an aligning unit(200), a supporting unit(300), a vacuum suction unit(400), and a fixing unit(500). In a case, a plurality of FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)s(1) is laminated, and the paper(2) is inserted between the FPCBs(1) and is transported to an inserted paper removing device by a loader(20). The floating unit(100) floats an end of the case up to a predetermined height, and includes a hook(110), a hook cylinder(140), a flange(120), and a rotation rod(130). When the case is positioned at a predetermined position, a side of the case contacts the hook(110) due to a supporting bar(310) of the supporting unit(300) and the hook(110) is rotated by the hook cylinder(140). The aligning unit(200) includes an aligning plate(210) and an aligning cylinder(220) to push the hook(110) so that the FPCBs(1) and the inserted paper(2) are aligned in the other inner side of the case.
