A notebook computer mounting device is provided to allow a notebook computer to be stably mounted on a steering wheel of a vehicle and easily folded when the notebook computer is not in use. A notebook computer mounting device includes a plate type mounting unit and a rod type mounting unit(100). The plate type mounting unit includes a mounting plate(121) having a mounting plate groove, a side fixing cover(122) fitted to both sides of the mounting plate, and a mouse board(123) attachable to both sides in the plate type mounting unit. The rod type mounting unit fixes the plate type mounting unit to a steering wheel, and includes a vertical rod(101) connected to an angle adjustment hinge(110), a mounting ring(102) fitted to an outer surface of the steering wheel, and a rear rod(103) fitted to an outer surface of the steering wheel. The angle adjustment hinge is connected to the plate type mounting unit and the rod type mounting unit and fixed in the plate type mounting unit.
