The hair curler has a main handle (12) containing a heater (10) and fitted with an ON/OFF switch (16) and the hinged end (21) of a hair clamp (20). The extending end of the hair clamp (22) lies adjacent to a cylindrical heating body (13) rigidly fixed to the main handle. There are small holes (14) near the end of this body to allow escape of hot air. There is a small stabilizing handle (30) on the end of the heating body. It has a flattened end (31) with small knobs (34) to enable the user to grip it between finger and thumb, and can rotate with respect to the heating body.
