ALTERNATING CURRENT SWITCH-FUSE COMBINATIONS

A fuse combination type switch is provided to be freely installed in a switchboard by mechanically interlocking a fuse striker with a trip device of the switch without troubles even though the fuse and the switch are arranged in a straight line or perpendicularly to each other. A fuse combination type switch includes a fuse(100) and a switch(200) electrically connected to a connection terminal(151). The fuse(100) includes a high voltage supporting insulator(150) to support an end of a fuse device(116) having a fuse striker(117), the connection terminal(151) to electrically connect the fuse device(116) to the switch(200) and to support the other end of the fuse device(116), and an interlocking device(300) to connect the fuse device(116) to a trip device of the switch(200) when the fuse device(116) is cut off and the fuse striker(117) protrudes. The interlocking device(300) has a driving shaft(302) rotatably mounted to a bracket(301) of the fuse device(116), a first driving lever(352) having a base fixedly contacting the driving shaft(302) and a leading end contacting the fuse striker(117), a second driving lever(303) fixedly contacting the driving shaft(302), a trip shaft(354) rotatably mounted to a base frame(100F) of the fuse(100), a first trip lever(362) fixedly contacting the trip shaft(354), and a connection lever(353) jointed to a leading end of a second trip lever(363).
