A device for welding a tool box is provided to enable a complete welding operation to be performed smoothly and allow an unskilled worker to perform the welding operation easily by inserting a tool box in a semi-finished product state into a tool box welding device and rotating the product more easily, conveniently and safely through a simple manipulation of the device. In a welding device for welding a tool box in a semi-assembled state to be mounted on a container ship, a device for welding a tool box comprises: a base plate(50) installed on the ground; a plurality of turning parts(40) installed on the base plate with being spaced from one another in a predetermined distance; a cylindrical frame(10) which is placed on the turning parts, and of which an inner part is opened; a cover(20) for opening and closing an one side face with a predetermined size of the frame; and a fixing jig(30) installed in the frame to fix the tool box. The turning parts include a binding box, a plurality of rollers, and a stopper. The fixing jig includes a shaft and a plurality of clamps.
