<p>Subject of the invention is an industrial universal mill, in particular a construction concept of the container, supply pipe and knife, which mixes dry and solid types of raw material, in particular foodstuffs. The universal mill according to the invention provides an adequate circulation of air, this means cooling. At the same time the circulating air of the mill according to the invention prevents dust emissions into the environment. Typical of the mill according to the invention is that the container (4) is starting from its upper edge getting wider towards its bottom, while the supply pipe (2) reaches deep inside the container (4) towards the cutting rotor (5), so that it gets near the cutting knives of the rotor (5), while the cutting knife (11) is of such a shape that it causes the focusing and rotation of air, and that on the container wall (4) there is optionally at least one direction bar (6).</p> |
