摘要 A simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process which can improve productivity by using separate two adsorption chambers in series, thereby increasing the production rate while maintaining purity and yield of a final product to proper levels in the simulated moving bed adsorptive separation process, and an apparatus used in the same are provided. A simulated moving bed adsorptive separation apparatus comprises: a first adsorption chamber and a second adsorption chamber including a plurality of beds comprising an adsorbent(34)-filled grid; a first rotary valve for connecting the first adsorption chamber, a first feed inflow port, a raffinate outflow port, a desorbent inflow port, and a first extract outflow port to multiple access lines; a first extract column for separating a first extract(35) discharged through the first extract outflow port, returning a fraction portion of the separated first extract to the first adsorption chamber again, and sending the residual fraction of the separated first extract as a second feed to the second adsorption chamber; a second rotary valve for connecting the second adsorption chamber, a second feed inflow port, the raffinate outflow port, the desorbent inflow port, and a second extract outflow port to the multiple access lines; a raffinate column for separating raffinate(33) discharged through the raffinate outflow port and returning a fraction portion of the separated raffinate to the first adsorption chamber and the second adsorption chamber; and a second extract column for separating a second extract discharged through the second extract outflow port, and returning a fraction portion of the separated second extract to the first adsorption chamber and the second adsorption chamber again, wherein the first and second rotary valves are rotated according to the switching time such that the first and second feed inflow ports, the raffinate outflow port, the first and second extract outflow ports and the desorbent inflow port are moved to adjacent multiple access lines and connected to the multiple access lines.
