A breathing motivity cellular phone battery charger is provided to utilize physical force consumed by human as a driving force of a generator, and to continuously charge the cellular phone battery while using the cellular battery. In a breathing motivity cellular phone battery charger, a buckle tension lever(1) mounted on a generator main body(10) comes out by about 15mm when breathing in and is pulled in by a spring when the breathing is changed. This operation is continued while breathing. When a pulling ring(14) coupled with an intermediate portion of the buckle tension lever(1) rotates and pulls one directional rotating gear(2), a reverse rotation preventing ring(17) locks the one directional rotating gear(2). A pulling tension spring(13) locked by an end of the buckle tension lever(1) is pulled and elongated and a transmission gear(3) engaged with the one directional rotating gear(2) rotates with the transmission gear(4) so that a big transmission gear(5) engaged with the transmission gear(4) rotates in the same direction to rotate a high speed gear(6) in the reverse direction.
