Provided is an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a glass laminate attached with a decorative fabric having a hot melt adhesive directly applied on one side thereof on a single conveyor belt. The apparatus of manufacturing a glass laminate made out of a sheet glass attached with a fabric, comprises: a conveyor(20); a glass supply unit(1) for supplying a sheet glass(2) to the conveyor(20) one by one; a fabric supply unit(7) for supplying a fabric(7a) having a hot melt coating layer formed on one side; a lamination unit(6) for making the fabric(7a) and the sheet glass(2) come in contact with each other at a laminating roll(9) to serially manufacture a glass laminate(11); and a glass laminate collection unit(12). The lamination unit(6) is constituted by a hot melt adhesive supply unit(30), an application roll(8) for evenly applying the hot melt adhesive to one side of the fabric(7a), and a laminating roll(9). If needed, a washing unit(3), a drying unit(4), and a discharge unit(5) are provided between the glass supply unit(1) and the lamination unit(6).
