A safety belt for a pregnant woman is provided to protect an unborn child by fixing both shoulders of the pregnant woman closely into a seatback by one side shoulder fixing band and other side shoulder fixing band. A safety belt for a pregnant woman includes a fixing band(10), one side shoulder fixing band(30), and other side shoulder fixing band(50). The fixing band is fixed in a vertical direction selectively into a seatback for a vehicle seat. The top of the one side shoulder fixing band is fixed at the top of the fixing band. The bottom of the one side shoulder fixing band is fixed at the bottom of the fixing band. The other side shoulder fixing band is formed symmetrically to the one side shoulder fixing band. The fixing band is used for fixing the safety belt to the seatback in a longitudinal direction. The fixing band is selectively fixed to the seatback by a length control piece.
