<p>A transmission rate control method, a UE(User Equipment), and an RNC(Radio Network Controller) are provided to delete a stored common absolute transmission rate, so as to store a new common absolute transmission rate received through a common E-AGCH(Enhanced Absolute Grant Channel) sent from a serving cell(changed serving cell), thereby usefully employing radio resources. A UE performs wireless communication(S1001). A node B#1 transmits a common E-AGCH(S1002). The UE receives an absolute transmission rate received through the common E-AGCH to store the received rate(S1003). An RNC transmits a cell change command to the UE(S1004). The UE deletes the stored common absolute transmission rate(S1005), and initiates wireless communication(S1006). A node B#2 transmits a common E-AGCH to the UE(S1007). The UE receives an absolute transmission rate received through the common E-AGCH to store the received rate(S1008).</p> |
