PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viscous fluid sealing damper which can contribute to the miniaturization by saving the inside space of a disk device. SOLUTION: The viscous fluid sealing damper 12 comprises a compression coil spring 13 in an airtight container 3 to elastically support the load of a mechanical chassis 6. Then, Without use of a suspension spring, the viscous fluid sealing damper supports the mechanical chassis 6 and contributes to the miniaturization of the disk device 19. When the airtight container 3 is secured to the disk device 19, a flexible part 4 is returned to the original shape to form a bellows 20. An agitating cylinder 5 is thereby supported afloat by the bellows 20, and reasonably moves in the three-dimensional direction. The compression coil spring 13 becomes a resistor to a viscous fluid 10, and agitates the viscous fluid 10 to generate the viscous resistance of the viscous fluid 10, which exerts an excellent vibration damping effect.
