PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent blur corrected image regardless of a change in a photographing situation in electronic vibration prevention. SOLUTION: This image processor has a blur correcting means 113 for performing coordinates conversion processing of an input image generated by using an image pickup element 102 on the basis of blur information and a method changing means 112 for changing coordinates conversion methods in the coordinates conversion processing.
