PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent careless decrease in a laser certainty factor, even when the observation target width of a target, having high possibility of being a recognition object in front of own vehicle is decreased due to some causes, without carelessly inhibiting the decrease in the laser certainty factor, with respect to a target having low possibility to be the recognition object. SOLUTION: The target in front of own vehicle in which the laser certainty factor, indicating the degree of certainty that a laser radar 2 catches the target to be recognized is kept a prescribed value or more for a specified time or more is marked by a marking processing means of own vehicle 1. With respect to the target, in front of the own vehicle subjected to the marking, the decrease in the laser certainty factor, when the observation target width decreases is prohibited; and the laser certainty factor of the target is determined by a certainty factor determination means of own vehicle 1 so that the laser certainty factor of the target, having high possibility of being the recognizing object in front of own vehicle is not decreased carelessly, even if its observation target width becomes small.
