<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for fuel cell, which prevents a curvature from occurring by solving uneven residual strain distribution, and provide a fuel cell using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The separator for fuel cell has passages for an oxidizer gas and a fuel gas and is made of an FeNi-based alloy. The FeNi-based alloy is composed of 35.5 to 36.5% (mass%) of Ni and the rest of Fe and inevitable impurity. In a result, the separator for fuel cell, which is corrosion resistive, low in thermal expansion coefficient, and difficult for the curvature to occur, can be manufactured. Hollows are formed on the flection inner periphery of the separator for fuel cell, so that the separator for fuel cell, which removes a part having the too much large residual strain and makes the curvature hard to occur, can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
